Founded by Mary Caroline Fleming-Fitzsimmons, a passionate cook and baker with a background in communication and a love for creativity, Spiced with C is a space where flavors, inspiration, and community come together.
Rooted in a blend of personal experiences, culinary exploration, and storytelling, Spiced with C embodies the joy of crafting dishes that bring people together. From inventive recipes to curated catering menus, we aim to inspire, delight, and create moments worth savoring.
Our approach is warm and personal, drawing from Caroline’s diverse experiences in pastry school, food truck ventures, and catering high-profile events. Whether through the spices in a dish, the story behind a recipe, or the care in each creation, everything we do is “spiced” with a little extra heart.
